4. This is a subject that deserves thoughtful discussion.

As a nation we need a cohesive and humane national policy on situations like this. All of the partisan bickering and finger pointing should cease when there are genuine humanitarian issues that require actual discussion and a thoughtful policy to be developed and implemented.
Unfortunately given the current political climate that will not occur anytime soon.

And I love how the only comments thus far have been snark about spelling/grammar errors. Kinda shows that people don't really want to discuss actual issues.
