(62,325 posts)27. I guess you haven't been following the Civil Suits against the big banks. Lol, why am I not
surprised. This case is almost identical to the cases against the big banks, in fact it is less criminal if anything, considering what has been revealed in the Civil Cases, in Florida eg, regarding the big banks.
The only reason they started here was because the NYC office doesn't have the resources to go after the big banks. But the NY State Attorney sure is looking into that and already in NYC a huge Rico Civil suit has been filed against Wells Fargo. In those civil suits it's amazing what has been revealed in the discovery process. I am thinking the NY US Attorney is waiting for some of that information, as happened in Florida, before he begins criminal actions against the bigger banks.
