Wasn't the main pusher of Open Carry in TX
A woman who was with her parents during the Luby's shooting and says if she had her gun,which she left in the car,she could've saved her parents who were killed?

That was Suzanna Hupp. She advocated for concealed carry. Texas law at the time allowed her to carry her pistol only in her car, which is where it was when she saw her father killed in front of her. Her mother was killed while trying to follow Suzanna to safety through a broken window.
