The ex Mayor of Richmond Virginia, the liberal portion of the Warner/Kaine democratic revolution in Virginia in 2001, the Governor of Virginia 2006-2010 ( Virginia doesn't allow for 2nd terms), and currently the Junior Senator (Warner is the sr) from the commonwealth.
