or on the outer banks of NC, either. Likely it will be just wet and windy and not particularly dangerous. However, wet means very, very wet.
Keep your eyes peeled for the one near the Cape Verde Islands, it's lost much of its rain over cooler water, but you can still see the upper level circulation. With luck, it will follow Gaston out to sea but you can't always count on luck.
