Since he's a rightwing nutjob, I might suspect he'll be testifying along the lines that the armed occupiers, who were trying to seize the refuge from Federal control, had no idea that their actions might intimidate Federal employees, or prevent them from doing their jobs, and that the occupiers were discharging guns there only as an expression of their deeply sincere understanding of the Bible
