I don't know the whole story with the white civilian and that black family, but the cop definitely had biased, screwed up priorities because the child's alleged littering was his main focus!

There seems to be something seriously wrong with the Fort Worth police! I think attitudes start from the top. As long as police chiefs, prosecutors and others in positions of higher authority allow this kind of behavior to go unpunished, and they don't better test their police for dangerous mental problems or beliefs, it's likely not going to improve.

The video of the man getting shot within seconds by a cop, when the victim wasn't even approaching them, is especially infuriating! The other one was disturbing too, but at least the end result wasn't as physically damaging.
