Here's the full text. It require the Marshalls Service to enforce the stay -- and it applies nationwide.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that to assure compliance with the Court's order, the Court directs service of this Order upon the United States Marshal for the Eastern District of New York, and further directs the United States Marshals Service to take those actions deemed necessary to enforce the provisions and prohibitions set forth in this Order.

The ruling is immediate and applies nationwide. Attorneys are reportedly working pro bono through the weekend on behalf of detainees impacted by the order, which Trump signed on Friday evening. Between 100 and 200 people are affected, according to a New York Times estimate.
