That are part of an protected industry that spent years lying, hiding and destroying data and attempting to discredit medical professionals regarding the very real dangers of concussion injuries and fostering and promoting a sport that they knew was causing permanent brain damage in young people.
They continue avoiding the actual truth and foot dragging on actual reforms that will prevent further brain injuries, stop tackling, especially for young people.

FYI, the NFL has made lots of changes that many thought would ruin the sport and it has continued to be successful.

That is why the NFL is actually about politics and why most owners are republicans.
