We have way, way more incumbents who are vulnerable running than they do. Best-case scenario in 2018 is we limit our losses in the Senate to maybe 3 or 4 down, position ourselves to recover in 2020 and 2022.

It's not impossible for a Consitutional Amendment, just highly unlikely
