46. My phone has a built-in app that prevents my phone from ringing while the car is in motion

The phone sends a text message to whomever is calling telling them." thank you, but I'm driving and will get back to them when I arrive at my destination." It's a default app & I have to disable it if I am a passenger. It's a Samsung Galaxy S5.
