76. A gfit to his prison commissary fund would be appreciated

They're pretty strict on packages sent in to the point that the commissary is the only way to get things like toiletries and new socks, plus junk food to supplement a prison diet, which can be bland and monotonous. It's a good way, along with letters now and then, to let him know he hasn't been forgotten.
