(28,795 posts)they didn't really expect him to win....they were setting up a long game to destabilize the projected HRC presidency....as they've been doing all over the world>>>just like they're doing in France, and did in the Netherlands (causing a hand count of ballots in some sort of upcoming referendum, IIRC), and apparently turning the vote in Sweden against doing some sort of NATO deal.
this was all in the story tonight, and those who've compared this to a complicated spy novel couldn't be more spot on.
