... with him on one point. I fear that our political landscape for the forseeable future WILL be shaped by campaign rhetoric and promises. Not actual performance or delivery. I think the propaganda machine is too powerful and the populace too uninformed and incapable of critical thought. We've slipped into a "listen to my words and ignore my deeds" dimension. His whole administration is a caricature of the old joke "who ya gonna believe, me or your lying eyes?"
