I followed that quote by noting I was still pessimistic about the outcome. I knew it meant something but wasn't sure what. And I saw some threads posted here the day and night before, citing one or two sources (I think SCOTUSblog was one of them) that predicted the ACA would be upheld. And I wondered if that was why scalia was acting out like that. But I wasn't sure.
