suddenly going to have to adapt their production lines?

This makes no sense at all other than Trump using his all powerful

negotiating skills to ask for an extreme only to settle later. Look at the drastic funding cuts for enviro programs in the Great Lakes and Chesapeake Bay - there's no way those can really happen.
