14. Biggest fear --they repeal, but can't agree on a replacement for awhile.

Might let ACA go awhile, and then string everyone along for for months, leaving sick, etc., to live in fear, even insurers will be afraid to commit to anything. If the stars were to align, they might stumble into something not much more in need of tweaks than ACA.
