located in and around the Washington DC metro area. They and the Asians are taking over most rental development. I still wonder why Americas who claim to be patriotic don't have a problem with all the amount of the real estate that is owned and continues to be sold to foreign interests. Housing is jut too damn expensive and unaffordable to our middle and lower income families and this is a huge part of the reason why. Our small businesses are also hurt more by hight rent then taxes.
