"Criminal" acts that may be associated with the campaign members' activities prior to & after the election itself.....

But they have to link the meetings & the content of the communications (desired acts) to events where the act was carried out or is in process of being carried out ....

The example today referenced a communication regarding the GOP position on Ukraine support... and that the position was in fact altered after the communication occurred...

Obviously the downside is that the evidence is not truly "evidence" until the act is in process or already completed....

But at some point, the circumstantial evidence may add up to a "compromised" determination & may be sufficient to deem 45 incapable of carrying out his sworn duties (25th)
