When we get the numbers we will lose just as much clout going for Medicare for all compared to a buy in. Please don't get me wrong, I would be very happy with a buy in. I still say the next step can be to scrap the ACA. At some point we will need to make that bold move. I am all about instrumentalism in many areas. Considering public opinion, we might not want that approach here.
