Response to Nye Bevan (Reply #11)

18. The Supreme Court's credibility on the upcoming major decisions?

Someone on TV was guessing that maybe Roberts is concerned about the public's perception of the S.Ct. as a tool for the right, esp. on a bill this big and that would affect so many people's lives directly. But also because of the historical decisions coming up.

There are decisions coming up on some big things, but I forget what they are. Maybe Roberts was concerned that the perception not be that the conservatives have been bought, so those decisions would go down historically an uncredible.
