16. Experts on MSNBC said his last security clearance was January 2016

this was before Trump campaign and before Flynn took money from foreign entities so Trump Admin should have taken action for a new security clearance to be effective January 2017, which they apparently did not do. So Trump Admin failed to properly vet him.
