30. IMO the messaging has to work along with an effort to stop repug cheating

The first thing Perez should have done was to set up a permanent committee tasked with just that, to combat their cheating. It should be funded well with party funds, donations, however. There should be the best legal help, the best private investigators and volunteers to get after the cheating.

The committee should also have media liaisons to loudly and constantly publicize its progress and findings.

This will add to the message effort as it will let people what the repugs are up to and that we are fighting it.

Don't know why this hasn't been done. Is should have been done long ago.

Also a certain senator needs to be reigned in to curtail the constant attacks on the party.
