NC actually has very good election system (set up when Dems were Governors) with paper ballots allowing accurate recounts, bipartisan teams of poll workers and effective system of removing deceased persons from registration rolls. The recounts over Dem Roy Cooper's victory revealed only a few irregularities that had been promptly caught and corrected before the recounts.

In the entire state over the past several years, all voter integrity reviews and recounts have turned up extremely few cases of ineligible persons on voter rolls or fraudulent voting.
