I am dull witted, old and exhausted, but I do remember reading about Paulie hooking Pence up - something about a delayed plane, Paulie busts a move, Kasich (sp) out, Pence in?

Doesn't matter, those pesky details (not to my wee brain that is)!!! - the crucial takeaway here is that MANAFORT brought in Pence, and if MANAFORT lays hands on you, you're an automatic resident of Traitortown. Bam, done, over and out.
