Comey said that:

1. Trump's a liar.
2. He "directed" him to stop the investigation (not "ordered" but I don't think that's relevant for purposes of obstruction)
3. The "lack of investigation of Trump" only referred to the counterintelligence investigation of Flynn and didn't necessarily preclude further FBI investigation of Trump
4. Trump's vague tweet about "taping" his conversations with Comey lead him to raise the issue of his memos in the hopes it would get an special counsel appointed.
