4. He Can't Pardon Himself

I read today that Nixon asked if he could pardon himself and was given a resounding No. Also, Preet Bharara tweeted something interesting today, that if Trump fires Mueller, it doesn't stop an independent U.S. Attorney somewhere from continuing some or all of the Office of Special Counsel's investigation. I don't think he's going to be able to wriggle off the hook on this one. He's pissed off too many people for them to just drop it.

The problem is going to be that he will pardon his entire family while he's still President, and then after he leaves office, whoever ends up being President (because I believe Pence will go down with him) will then pardon him.
