Stays close enough to that band of idiots to avoid deep suspicion, but far enough away from them to avoid getting hit by shit when it hits the fan. My guess is the only one in that family that she remotely like is Trump's youngest daughter, who seems to keep her distance from that clan also. Of course Melania likes Barron.
