2. man, so many more horror stories than I had even heard!

I wonder, after the pardon, since accepting a pardon means admission of guilt, is his conviction still "on the record" and can it be used against him in court for other charges? Example, could he be charged in the wrongful death of Ambrett Spencer's child and his other conviction used as evidence in that trial?
