Buried in the minutia and completely failing to comprehend any symbolic value in getting the issue out there, front and center.

Do i think it short term likely? No. To suggest it's valueless because of the details haven't been resolved is just silly.

He can drone all he wants about the "populist technique", but that's how LBJ operated and after YEARS of effort, he got what he wanted and millions benefitted.
