5. Did anyone expect the bill to be anything more than "Repeal and Replace" for Democrats?

As soon as people started hopping on to the bill (that probably won't make it out of committee), it was clear that this would not be making any of the hard and (depending on the constituency) politically perilous decisions necessary to implement Single Payer.
