He also tried to prosecute the Clintons a SECOND time, for the Marc Rich pardon.

Comey is a hardcore Republican loyalist who was too self-absorbed to realize how incompetent Trump was and assumed "the system" would correct itself instead of appointing Pepe the Frog as ambassador and hiring Steve Bannon as Special Smart Guy in Charge of Thinking.
