I was getting from an executive. He immediately went around and talked to other women who were dealing with the same thing (I found out because they thanked me later), and then he read the riot act to the guy who was involved. He didn't fire him, but he put him on notice.

This was before many eyes were opened during the Anita Hill hearings. I give that executive VP enormous credit for how he handled the situation, especially in retrospect. I just took for granted that he would respond appropriately. Hah!
