after boot camp for psych reasons, not because he was miserably unhappy. That should have been enough to keep him out of the army but somehow it wasn't.

You and the prosecution can assert "no diminished capacity" all day long but it doesn't alter the fact that Bergdahl should never have been there in the first place.

Come to that, none of them should have been there.
