Right now, we're seeing a number of prominent people who are being outed as serial sexual offenders. Once the dam is broken, the flood of complaints flows. Zero tolerance should be the goal, I believe. That will require, however, that victims report the behavior when it occurs, rather than waiting for someone else to do so before coming forward.

I know it's difficult, but I can see no other way to stop offenders from continuing to offend.
