What he KNOWS is

daddy gave him 10 mil, he used it to buy a building of apartments, bribed a zoning board and changed it to condos, used organized crime to beat up the old people who refused to move out so he could complete the process, and then took the profits and bought another building and then went into business and failed in EVERY business he EVER went into.
