He put it into a trust and his trustee sold it when it was losing money.

There was a a drought in 75, 76 and Billy was a terrible manager and was taking money out of it.

The reality is that Jimmy did an amazing job getting a profit out of it and when it went into a blind trust his management touch was eliminated.

The farm was sol in 1979, Carter was elected 76. Post has a good story about it but I can't link on my phone.
