6. Everyone has choices.

He was set up for failure. I am pro abortion and this is one of the reasons. Unwanted children suffer needlessly. I would feel terribly for him and could understand that his background made him what he was. However many have endured worse and did not choose to do what he did.

He also was a serious racist. His whole "Helter Skelter" philosophy was based on racism. When he heard the Beatles song Helter Skelter he thought is was a message from The Beatles warning of a black uprising to usurp the white people( it is a song about going down a sliding board). He wanted to be the catalyst for this race war and thought that the murders would be blamed on the blacks therefore bringing a needed race war to put the blacks down once and for all.
