21. Boycotts can be effective when aimed at changing a law or policy. But in response to an election?

Not really very productive -- if Moore's elected, he's going to be in office and no boycott is going to change that. However, assuming Jones gets 40-plus percent of the vote, there's a good chance such a boycott will hurt the people who supported Jones as much as it hurts those who voted for Moore, and likely make them less likely to support a Democrat in the future.
