I thought my choice of the title made reference to The Beatles/ Please Please Me on three different levels. Of course, that probably is only inside my head!

I often think about many years ago, when a Clan Mother suggested to me that when the world is spinning rapidly out of control, it is important to step aside to regain that inner calm. I haven't mastered that ability, by any means. But I keep on trying.
