1. Big State Small Budget

There are few roads and state offices in this big state. I think there may be more federal money in this "R" state to keep things afloat. The drones have no idea how bad they are doing because they be DRONES..........When the state uses the oil money to balance their budget the free money will be missed by the drones.......
