And I think it came on the heals of the last round of "Religion" laws after the Federal law was passed. However there were questions about whether it goes as far as what the more recent legislation does...

And ironically, the law here was successfully used to allow groups to continue to feed the homeless here in Philly when our Democratic Mayor Nutjob was trying to ban the feedings.
