There are plenty of conservative Islamist women. This picture depicts female Iranian police officers detaining women for contravening 'correct' dress codes during one of the periodic public morality clampdowns.



Here in the US it's not hard to find women who express hardline conservative viewpoints notwithstanding the misogynistic aspects of their philosophy.
