You are changing your argument. Dangerous people - once convicted of a crime - can be deprived of their Constitutional rights. Are you saying that a license is required to go to church? Stand in the park on your soapbox? To be treated equally? You can't treat one of the Constitutional rights differently just because you don't like it. A lot of people don't like the Constitutional rights granted to everyone. Too bad - work to change it by either a Constitutional Amendment or a case that will bring about a different interpretation.
The Supreme court says it is a Constitutional Right to "keep and bear arms". It also includes the phrase "shall not be infringed".
What part of what I'm saying do you not understand?
