Thanks for that, Disgustipated. I had no idea that they factored that in, but when you think about it, if it survived a SC ruling, is it any surprised that they thought this eventuality through, too?
I don't like this law--it's useless for me personally--but I am loving the Bitter Pill Swallowing theatrics.
