2. I have no objections to them doing away with it but I do think that they need long prison terms

for anyone who who knowingly falsifies evidence in any case where there is no statute of limitations especially for any DA (like Mike Nifong) or police officer who falsifies evidence or uses evidence where it can be proven that they suspected it was falsified in such cases and of course there should be no statute of limitations on being held accountable for falsifying evidence either.
