Because here in Van, there is a waiting list. And it can be 6-18 months for an MRI (unless they suspect cancer). There are also private services for PT and OT and mental health because those have waits too. We used a private developmental psych for my daughter's ASD evaluation because Sunnyhill was up to 18 months. So there are private services for those who can pay. They don't need to go to the US.

But overall it's just fine for basic medical services! Not even close to what Trump thinks.
