4. I think it's a combination of both.

I voted the first day of early voting when I usually wait until Election Day because I couldn't wait to cast my ballot for Secretary Clinton. About fifteen of us arrived quite early before the polls opened, so we had time to chat. It seemed split between people like me who were unusually motivated to vote early even though our vote would be the same if we'd waited, and people who self-identified as marginal voters who couldn't wait to vote against Trump. And then of course the two Trump voters who sneered at the rest of us.

One couple, who appeared to be in their mid-50s, said they were voting early because they wanted their vote to count if they should get hit by a bus between now and election day, it was that important this time!
