She won Lackawanna County (which includes Scranton) by 4%. The use of the term "blown out in" suggests a big loss where she did not lose. Obama did blow out Romney by 26% however (in 2012). The city of Scranton does have a higher Hispanic population than other minorities in the city as a side note.
