Only some clay-ethic conservatives believe the Constitution should only apply to people who carry the right paperwork--and often not them. Please, let the Court affirm universal human rights under the Constitution. In broad terms it wouldn't mean people who don't have a legal right to be here couldn't be deported, only that they be entitled to all constitutional protections for due process and civil rights and safety
